About James P. Grantham
His most rewarding work comes from helping people that have been treated unfairly by companies with non-subscriber opt out statuses and the insurance companies they approve. Companies that James has vowed to never represent, along with their insurance companies, hire professionals to represent their interests. Injured Persons deserve someone to represent theirs.
If you or someone you know has been injured on the job or through the fault of another, James offers his services whether by free consultation or by attorney representation.
The most important thing for you to know about James P. Grantham, is that he genuinely cares about the people he helps. He feels that it is not only his job to protect the rights of his clients, but also to explain to them how and why the system works the way it does. James has made it his life mission to prevent those he represents from becoming victimized a second time when companies hurt you after the accident, from their insurance companies, and the cumbersome legal process.
EDUCATION
James P. Grantham attended the University of North Texas in Denton, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1988. Shortly after, he was admitted to South Texas College of Law in 1989 and received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1992. As a new attorney, James had the opportunity to work for a firm that represented plaintiffs as well as defense clients. While defense provided constant work and steady pay, James knew that representing the injured was far more rewarding. His primary area of practice is personal injury and he has devoted 100% of his practice to personal injury litigation.
